Cognition Training

Cognition training is an important part of what we do - it is woven into all the work we do.  Each new activity and task is an opportunity for us to explore and build on our cognitive abilities.  Knowing what good thinking sounds like and feels like is an important step in our journey towards becoming good thinkers.  

 

When we build our knowledge of these skills, we also improve our ability to think reflective - metacognitively - about our work.  Self reflection is a valuable life skill which helps us to know ourselves and grow.
